PRIVATE 1:1 CHAIR-BASED YOGA CLASSES:
• For those less mobile chair-based yoga is an excellent way for those who still wish to stretch and keep up their flexibility.

An online 20 minute consultation via Zoom can be arranged to run through any concerns you may have, and complete a health waiver. All sessions can be on a day and time, home or workplace that's convenient for you.
