Terms and Conditions

Single and block passes purchased are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be transferred (unless agreed prior to class) from the person for whom they are purchased to any other group or individual. Bookings are non-transferable.

Private sessions and classes are not scheduled until they have been paid for, prior to class.

Block bookings are non-refundable, whether unused or already started.

The teacher must be informed of any cancellations via email/website contact form. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount for the private class.

Should the teacher have to cancel due to illness, the session will be rescheduled to a time to suit all parties.

Terms and Conditions for Retreats

Private, Semi-Private Yoga & Reformer Pilates

The £150 is a non-refundable under all circumstances.
The 2nd payment is due 28th March 2026.
If cancelled after the 2nd payment, payments are non refundable unless the place can be filled
We strongly recommend taking our insurance to cover unforseen circumstances.
The final payment is due 28th August 2026.
Changes & Cancellation by Donna Walton Yoga & Reformer Pilates: In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser all payments will be refunded in full. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any additinal costs incurred.
Health & Responsibility: By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the yoga and retreat activities and you participate at your own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personaly belongings.
Agreement: By booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Retreat Terms & Conditions.
