YOUR YOGA RETREAT ITINERARY
Day 1

4pm - Arrive
​
5.30-6.00pm - meet up and set tone for weekend retreat
​
6.00pm - enjoy guided meditation and a stretchy Hatha Flow to unwind with meet in the communal area before goi g to bed.head massages.
​
7.30pm - Dinner in the dining room
​

Day 2
​
8.00am - 15 minute guided meditation and breath work pranayama
​
8.30-10am Vinyasa Flow with a relaxing savasana
​
10.30am Meet for brunch. After enjoy free time to relax, go swimming, forest sauna or indulge in your massages and treatments admire the scenery.
​
1pm meet up for a walk
​
2.30-3.30pm Yoga workshop - Tara's reiki, head massage and reflexologhy
​
3.30pm - light lunch
​
6pm - Yin Yoga 75 minutes of releasing fascia and a 15 minute guided mediation to finish the days practice.
​
7.30pm - meet for dinner
​

DAY 3
​
8am - 10am Vinyasa Yoga - poranyama - 15 minute guided mediatation
​
10.30am - brunch
​
11.30am meet for a walk or swim or sauna
​
1.30pm - meet up for the closingceremony
​
2-3pm - last lunch
​
4pm - Relaxingly head home
