4pm - Arrive - settle into your room

5.00-5.30pm - meet up and get acquainted
​​
6pm- enjoy guided meditation and a stretchy Hatha Flow with head massages to unwind
7.30pm - Dinner in the dining room in The Hermitage
​

Day 2
​
8.15am Optional 15 minute guided meditation and breath work pranayama
​
8.30-10am Vinyasa Flow with a relaxing savasana with adjustments and head massage
​
10.30am Meet for brunch.
12pm Enjoy free time to relax, go for a woodland walk and those who want to go swimming, forest sauna or indulge in your massages and treatments admire the scenery.

1.30-2.30pm Yoga workshop - Tara's reiki, head massage and reflexologhy
​
3.00pm - light lunch
4.30 Enjoy any treatments you may have booked and in The Mandala more Tara's treatments or just relax in your own time read a book
​
6pm Yin Yoga - enjoy releasing fascia with a 15 minute guided mediation to finish the days practice.
​
7.30pm - meet for dinner
​

DAY 3
​
8.15am - 15 minute guided mediatation, breath work and pranayama
​
8.30-10.00am Vinyasa Flow with adjustments and head massage
​
10.30am - brunch
​
12pm meet for a walk with Donna or join Tara in the Mandala Barn for more reflexology
​
1.30pm - meet in The Mandala Barn to close the retreat
​
2-3pm - last lunch
​
4pm - Relaxingly head home
​
​
