Hi I'm Donna Walton - a fully qualified 350hr experienced Private 1:1 Mobile Yoga and Prenatal Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.  I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin and Pregnancy Yoga. I trained at Yoga London, Great Portland Street, under my course director Jonathan Francis Thompson.

My teaching style is fun and creative, aiming to inspire my clients to improve their overall wellbeing.  I work with tennis players, runners and cyclists helping them to achieve their training goals.  My clients range from older adults, teenagers and people recovering from injury. 

 

My sessions are available to all levels and ages, especially beginners or people looking to deepen their practice.

I have recently returned from a Yoga training retreat in Thailand where I deepened mboth my knowledge and practice into meditation, pranayama and the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra.  I am very excited to bring this renewed knowledge and energy into my teaching and personal practice.

 

I teach in several venues including David Lloyd, Fit club and Darwin Wellness, as well as teaching Pregnancy Yoga and Corporate workplace Yoga.

I recently teaching Chair Yoga to Young onset dementia patients via London Borough of Hillingdon and I believe Yoga should be for everyone.  I have taught Yoga to young people in rehabilitation centre for DrugsUk.

​

I am a Dynamic Pilates Reformer instructor here in my Home studio. I am able to offer a unique package of both Dynamic Pilates Reformer and Yoga.

"Donna is a kind, caring and compassionate yoga teacher who makes her class accessible to all. She provides clear instructions which are easy to follow and always provides options for the varying levels.

I really enjoy how she sets out the objective of each class with clarity - today we will focus on our hips or today we will do a full body stretch. Each class is unique and different as she puts a lot of thought into the class preparation.
