Service Description

Pregnancy Reformer Pilates is designed to support you safely and confidently through every trimester. In this small, personalised class, we focus on maintaining strength, improving posture and supporting your changing body with intelligent control movement. Practising o the reformers adjustable spring resistance, sessions are tailored to help you build core stability, pelvic floor awareness and upper body strength while reducing common pregnancy discomforts such as back ache and tension along with hip tightness. Classes are very small to ensure individual attention, careful modifications and a calm nurturing setting. Suitable from second trimester onwards (or earlier with medical approval). Move with confidence, stay strong and feel supported.

My cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your booked appointment to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or no-shows with no prior contact or reschdule will result in losing 100% of the fee. T & C's apply and available on website.
