1:1 family or small group yoga sessions, fits around your needs at a venue of your choice. The benefits of a private yoga session enables you to gain confidence without feeling overwhelmed in a large class, particularly during their first few classes. You can focus on personal goals, whilst creating a personalised schedule, overcome health issue or lingering injury, and develop a plan for your personal home practice. Private 1:1 & Small Group Sessions These sessions are perfect for those… • with a busy schedule and find it difficult to get to scheduled classes • who are nervous about attending an open class straight away and would like a more personal introduction to yoga • who want to invest in their practice and take it to the next level. In 1:1 we can work intensely with my absolute focus and support, helping to achieve perfect form and alignment • who are pregnant or have young children at home • who suffer with depression, body image issues, low self esteem, a physical disability or another condition that might make getting to and/or fully participating in an open class difficult. • who want to treat themselves! I tailor my 1:1 and small group sessions to the needs and goals of the student. They can be held online via Zoom or Skype, or in person at your home or workspace. 1:1 private yoga sessions start from £50 for 60 minutes – For 2 or up to 4 people prices start from £60 for 60 minutes – I would recommend 4 sessions to start – discount given for block bookings sessions. This would enable you to build on your sessions and benefit from your individualised private yoga. Discount available on block bookings. Online option available on request.
