Online 1:1 and Family Yoga can fit around your needs, and be in the comfort of your own home. Sessions streamed via ZOOM on a 62” screen.  Almost feels like your in the room with me.  So  just grab yourself a mat (or a large towel) and start practising. Call 07766 062142 or email


Physical activity also helps to keep your immune system working effectively as it flushes bacteria from the lungs and airways, increases white blood cell circulation and raises body temperature, all of which help the body fight infection.

As well as the physical health benefits, keeping active is a great way to ward off some of the psychological issues associated with being cooped up for an extended time. Being active helps lower stress hormones such as cortisol and promotes the release of feel-good hormones, such as endorphins.

Sometimes a personalised private yoga session can work wonders. Maybe you have a lingering injury, special circumstances or would just like a yoga session specifically designed for you.

These private sessions are just for you, at your level and at your pace. Please get in touch and we can have an informal chat about your options, discuss your requirements and to confirm availability.

You will need to complete a registration form before starting any sessions.

One session would be £50 and I would recommend 5 private sessions to start. Discount given for block booking. This would enable you to build on your sessions and benefit from your individualised private lessons.  Streamed via Zoom and I can email the session over to you so you can practice in between.
