7 online live weekly yoga classses

Online yoga – 7 live classes a week £15 or £7 drop in class. A varied selection of classes to suit everyone: Monday 10.30am Vinyasa Flow – Tuesday 6pm Hatha Yoga – Wednesday 1pm Lunchtime Stretch – Thursday 6pm Vinyasa Flow – Friday 1pm Yin Yang – Saturday 10.30am Dynamic Vinyasa & Sunday 10am Vinyasa Flow. Choose one or all the classes on a weekly basis. Email donna@donnawalton.yoga or call 07766 062142. If you miss a class I can email the class over to you which will be available for 48 hours, so you can practice in your own time.


Beginners welcome:

Because there are so many different kinds of yoga practices, it is possible for anyone to start. Whether you’re a couch potato or a professional athlete, size and fitness levels do not matter because there are modifications for every yoga pose and beginner classes in every style. The idea is to explore your limits, not strive for some pretzel-like perfection. It is a great way to get in tune with your body and your inner self.
