Welcome to my Yoga website

In a world of uncertainty and self isolating,  I am  now offering virtual online yoga sessions  via ZOOM.     Private 1:1, Corporate, Pre-natal yoga sessions and YIN – a slower paced style of yoga. 1:1 and family yoga sessions.

I am a fully qualified, 325hr experienced registered yoga & pre-natal teacher with Yoga Alliance.  I recently trained in YIN Yoga.

I trained at Yoga London, Great Portland Street, under my course director Jonathan Francis Thompson.

I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic form of yoga often likened to a moving meditation.  My teaching style is fun and creative, aiming to inspire my clients to improve their overall wellbeing.  I work with tennis players, runners and cyclists helping them to achieve their training goals.  My clients range from older adults, teenagers and people recovering from injury.  My sessions are available to all levels and ages, especially beginners or people looking to deepen their practice.

I have taught in several venues including David Lloyd, Fit club and Darwin Wellness, as well as teaching Pregnancy Yoga and Corporate workplace Yoga.

I teach gentle Chair Yoga to Young onset dementia patients via London Borough of Hillingdon and   I believe Yoga should be for everyone.  I have recently trained in YIN Yoga.

I have a fully enhanced DBS,  and an up to date First Aid certificate.

I am very passionate about yoga and fully believe there is so much more to Yoga than a flexible toned body and new found strength. Yoga is about a balance between the body and mind….. creating a whole person with inner confidence and a clarity that infiltrates into every aspect of one’s daily life.The discipline of the ancient art of the asanas (postures) and perfected breathing techniques leaves one feeling revitalised and focussed.
